PhysioHelps was created around a simple idea: for many older adults, the most useful physiotherapy happens at home.
Getting to a clinic can be the hardest part of recovery — arranging transport, managing stairs and parking, and spending energy before treatment even begins. PhysioHelps removes that barrier by bringing assessment and treatment directly into the home, retirement residence or supportive living suite. Residents of retirement homes and long-term care homes can also be seen one-on-one where the residence permits outside providers and any required permissions are in place.
Every visit is one-on-one with Hiren, working on goals set together with the patient and, where appropriate, their family. The focus is practical: walking more safely, rising from a chair with less help, managing stairs, and keeping daily routines within reach.

Fees are straightforward — $160 for the initial in-home assessment and $130 for follow-up visits — and an official receipt is provided for extended health plans.
