Call, book online, or send a short request. Visits take place in private homes across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, New Hamburg, Baden, Shakespeare, St. Marys, Seaforth and communities throughout Waterloo Region, Perth County and Huron County — and in retirement residences or long-term care homes where the residence permits outside providers.

- Assessment and treatment take place in the home
- Family members are welcome to attend with the patient's consent
- A physician referral is generally not required in Ontario
- Some insurance plans require a referral for reimbursement
